Kenneth Graunke fdbdc7f325 rendercopy/bdw: Emit 3DSTATE_WM_HZ_OP.
We don't want depth/stencil fast clears or HiZ resolves; we want normal
drawing.  Without this, the pixel pipeline doesn't work.
