Those registers are big core registers and weren't really relevant for
VLV/CHV. Drop them from the dump then.

SKL will have a whole separate display regs file, so merge
base_display.txt into each platform file.

The registers in these files are included in the dumps for all platforms
by default, so no need to specify them explicitly.
