Ville Syrjälä b39eb28c25 tools: Allow iosf-sb utils to work on chv
Unlike the kernel IS_VALLEYVIEW() doesn't cover chv in igt. Add the
appropriate IS_CHERRYVIEW() checks to the various sideband poking tools.
