Thomas Wood 2442f595d2 lib/tests: explicitly raise SIGSEGV ...

Dereferencing a NULL pointer is undefined behaviour and may not always
result in a segmentation fault. Explicitly raise the SIGSEGV signal to
test handling of this signal.
