Mika Kuoppala 3743a0b994 tests: rename debugfs base path to be more specific 
In preparation to have sysfs entries used in scripts
rename to more specific name.

Ben Widawsky af275bd521 tests: add wedging tests 
Used to check that i915_error_state works. Unfortunately this
kills the gpu because wedging is permanent.

Base on a patch by Ben Widawsky.
