igt/gem_exec_nop: Wait between runs
In order to keep the GPU in a consistent state between samples, we have to wait for it to fall asleep before proceeding. For fun hook up igt_stats. Signed-off-by: Chris Wilson <chris@chris-wilson.co.uk>
