Remove gem_mmap__{cpu,gtt,wc} return value MAP_FAILED asserts

gem_mmap__{cpu,gtt,wc} never return MAP_FAILED, it gets converted to
NULL internally. So don't go asserting that the returned value is
not MAP_FAILED.
