Event Store cluster in rancher

Info:

This template creates an eventstore cluter of 3 containers. Those nodes are made reachable by a load balancer container. Http & Tcp external ports exposed by the load balancer can be configured.

This template is not maintained by the EventStore team (https://geteventstore.com/) so do not buzz Greg Y. If it's not working, blame to commiter of this lines : Jérôme Rx, and make a pull request to improve this template.
