Fix memory leak in AsyncAutoResetEvent (#229) 
* Fix memory leak in AsyncAutoResetEvent

CancellationTokenRegistration MUST be disposed, as the CancellationToken passed is saved for the lifetime of the Client, and registrations build up forever.
